Risk Factor for Postpartum Anxiety & Depression:

Without sleep, we're at greater risk for mental health issues including negative moods,
anxiety, and depression. If you're dealing with any of these symptoms, please consider
speaking to your primary care doctor.

Increased Likelihood for Accidents & Injuries:

Sleep deprivation makes way for longer reaction times - which then increases
the risk for car accidents. Try to avoid driving or operating other machinery
when you are sleep deprived.
